Al-Heba was founded as part of a long-standing legacy and rich history spanning over eight decades. Our story began in 1932 when our grandfather, Ahmed Amer, a renowned land trader, laid the foundation for this distinguished enterprise.
At that time, Ahmed Amer was considered the sole land trader, and his personal seal served as the official record for land ownership before the establishment of the mixed courts.
In 1971, Awlad Amer took up the mantle and continued the journey by establishing our new branch, Al-Heba.
We began our operations selling residential plots in Masr El-Gededa and agricultural lands in East Cairo. We believe that every piece of land has a unique story, and we are here to help our clients write a new chapter in their lives by providing the best real estate solutions.
